Craft Luxury at its best, we still bake our Agave Hearts for six days in earthen ovens and mill them under a great stone wheel drawn by horses. Fermentation is careful and chemical-free while distillation takes place in a wood-fired, serpentine copper alembic – More Craft, Than Craft.
