      Beyond the Label

      Distilled in our unique Farday still in the mountains of South Wales, this whisky is matured in ex-Bourbon barrels before finishing in ex-Scotch casks that have held heavily peated whisky. This gives Penderyn Peated a delicate peaty character and a light golden tone. Bottled at 46% abv and Non Chill Filtered to give the best texture and mouthfeel. This whisky has a Kosher certificate.

      Serve neat or with a small drop of water in a tasting, tulip, or Glencairn glass. Penderyn's Gold Range are some of our finest whiskies, distilled drop by drop and aged to perfection. The aroma and quality of the whiskies will reveal themselves best to be patient.

      2 tsp. Honey Syrup
      2 tsp. Ginger Syrup
      Steps
      1 Shake the whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup and ginger syrup with ice.
      2 Strain over large ice into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
      3 Optional: Garnish with candied ginger.
