It is no surprise that our selection of their Old Scout Single Barrel Bourbon would also be unique and fiercely independent! Deep amber in color, this 6-year-old bourbon delivers delicious aromatics. Gooey caramel popcorn, apricot, leather, and candy corn with a sweet char you'd expect from oak influence. What makes this bourbon unique is what comes next. On the palate, flavors of dried lavender, clove, extra dark chocolate, sweet cigar, and savory herbs take over, leaving a medium finish and such a unique experience.
