      Nose

      The nose is sweet with a soft, toasted note, mild spice, and bright peeled citrus notes.

      Palate

      On the palate, raw honey, sticky and sweet, quickly gives way to chewy caramels, vanilla pudding. There’s a nice heat across the mid-palate that fades into the finish.

      Finish

      The finish caramel with a bit of butter pecan ice cream.

      Profile

      Lingering notes of cocktail cherries and candied orange peel. A classic bourbon profile.
