Miraval Rose reveals a seductive and pure petal pink color. Full of freshness, it offers elegant aromas of fresh and delicious fruits like red currant, supported by slightly lemony, mineral, and saline notes. Its long and intense finish is the signature of a rosé with an incomparable elegance.
Issued from the Château’s best parcels (Muriers, Longue, Romarin) and from selected parcels in the best terroirs of Provence. Clay & limestone vineyard, partially in terraces located at an average of 1200 feet above sea level. Miraval's cold air-pulling valley offers greater diurnal temperature variation. The grapes are harvested exclusively in the morning and sorted twice. Destemming. Direct press for Cinsault, Grenache, and Rolle. The Syrah is vinified partially using the saignée method. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (95%) and in barrels (5%) with bâtonnage.
Varietal Type: Rose Blend (Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle)
Appellation: Rhone
Sub Appellation: Cotes de Provence

Ratings: 91 points, International Wine Report - "The 2019 Miraval Rosé is sourced from their 500-hectare vineyard that is set in a valley in the ancient village of Correns in the center of Provence. A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle, the vineyard is set on limestone and clay soils. A light dusting of salted damp earth combines with pretty rose water and melon tones on the nose. The palate is fresh and wonderfully textured, showing layers of bright melon and red fruit flavors with a great veil of tension. Fantastic now, this beautiful effort will cellar well over the next seven-plus years."
