In addition to its distinctive, luminous straw yellow color, this sparkling wine also boasts a long, persistent bead of pin-point bubbles. The bouquet is bursting with floral notes, apple, peach, and citrus nuances. An ideal accompaniment to refined appetizers, it excels with risottos as well as with white meats, fresh cheeses, and light pastries. This crisp sparkling wine is best served chilled in a champagne flute or a white wine glass.
