This rum is made from Estate Grown Cane grown on farmland in the province of Herrera and aged for three years in American oak bourbon barrel, imparting of flavor and notes of both baking spices and dried fruit.
As a relatively dry rums, Martí serves as an excellent base for building classic rum cocktails. Martí rums contain less than 5 grams of total sugar per Liter.

| 0.25 oz | Brown Sugar Simple Syrup |

Scent and Flavor
NOSE
On the nose, plum and peach and other stone fruit notes tempered by buttery spice.
TASTE
An earthy oakiness with vanilla and molasses.
PALATE
On the palate, sweet maple up front with rich and remarkable mouthfeel.
FINISH
Jam, dried fruit and coffee cake midpalate followed by a finish replete with toasted hazelnuts, marzipan and black pepper.
