      Pineapple, apple, and pear notes. Hints of cherry and fresh clementines.

      Palate

      Honey and vanilla sweetness. Oliy, creamy, dark chocolate, bags of liquorice. Orange pith bitterness and banana.

      Finish

      Plum jam with rummy raisin notes. Peppery, warming spices and chilli prickle heat.

      Ingredients
      2 oz. Lost Irish Whiskey
      3/4 oz. Honey Syrup (1:1)
      3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
      Steps
      1 Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker.
      2 Shake until well chilled, about 10 seconds.
      3 Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
      4 Garnish with lemon peel.
