Make a Cocktail

Ingredients| 2 oz. | Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado |
| 3 pieces | Ginger |
| 1 oz. | Agave nectar |
| ¾ oz. | Lime juice |
| 1 | Egg white |
| 2-3 | Shaved ginger slices |
| 01 | Muddle 3 pieces of ginger. |
| 02 | Combine all the ingredients (except the shaved ginger slices) into a shaker. |
| 03 | Shake vigorously once without ice to mix, then add ice and shake again to chill. |
| 04 | Strain over ice into a Nick & Nora glass. |
| 05 | Garnish with shaved ginger slices. |
