Rich deep gold.
Nose
Fragrant smoke, toffee caramel, seaweed, apple with a hint of mint and a few citrus notes.

Crackling peat sets off millions of flavor explosions on the palate, black pepper then bursts then a light sherry sweetness.
Finish
Smooth with a spicy salt tail, these disappear into the dark as the peaty embers glow into a smoky finale.
