      Jura 12 Year Old is the latest addition to the Jura portfolio. It is matured in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. 

      Reshaping metals into beautiful new forms is no easy task. As crafters of subtly smoky, sweet whiskies, we understand that hand making something unforgettable takes time. About 12 years, in our experience.

      Ingredients
      1 oz. Jura 12
      0.5 oz. Oloroso sherry
      0.25 oz. Crème de poire (pear liqueur)
      0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
      Dash Bitters
      Optional: Garnish Lemon twist
      Steps
      1 Pour the Jura whisky, Oloroso sherry, sugar syrup and pear liqueur into a mixing glass.
      2 Stir well over ice to combine and strain into an old fashioned glass with an ice block.
      3 Garnish with a lemon twist.
