Winery Notes
IYLIA’s signature collection consists of quality wine from the Valencia region of Spain, where the famously temperate climate is known for producing exceptional grapes. Tasting Notes
We chose this vibrant grape variety for our rosé so that we could capture its luscious black fruit flavors, such as plums, cherries, and other dark berries, to create a stunning and refined taste. We employ cool, controlled temperatures in our fermentation process to preserve the aroma of this grape, so that we can highlight and enhance its strengths with every sip. You will experience notes of raspberry, strawberry, and blue flowers when you reach for this glass of wine.
