This Bundle Contains
A unique London Dry Gin with hints of wild arctic thyme and angelica flowers, made with exceptionally pure Icelandic water and geothermal energy.
Himbrimi means “heaven howler” and is the Icelandic name for the common loon (Gavia immer).
This gin is slowly distilled using the natural energy of geothermal water, which produces a smooth gin of exceptional quality.
Himbrimi Winterbird is perfect served with a crisp tonic or shaken into your favourite cocktail.
Mashbill: Neutral Grain Spirit
As a gesture of gratitude, 5% of the profit generated from the sale of each bottle will be donated for nature conservation in Iceland.

Extremely smooth and soft. Good balance between the juniper, angelica and citrus, with a whisper of lavender-like arctic thyme.

1 | Stir the Himbrimi Winterbied London Dry Gin, Himbrimi Old Tom Gin and olive oil in a glass with ice. |
