      A unique Old Tom Gin handcrafted from organic juniper berries, wild arctic thyme, angelica flowers, and mountain honey.

      This gin is based on early 18th century gin recipes and is inspired by the scent of wild botanicals that grow along the banks of lakes and rivers in Iceland.

      Tasting Notes

      Nose

      Honey, lavender, and earthy like the Icelandic highlands after a spell of rain.

      Palate

      Juniper to the fore, followed by very bright floral notes. The lavender-like arctic thyme is definitely the dominating flavour but is complemented by the sweet honey and pungent angelica flowers. Smooth, a bit bittersweet, and soothing.

      Finish

      An extremely long, smooth aftertaste. The floral notes linger on the tongue for ages.

      Mood

      Indulgent. Perfect to impress or celebrate.

      1 oz. Himbrimi Old Tom Gin
      1 oz. Campari
      1 oz. Sweeth Vermouth
      1 Orange Peel
      Steps
      1 Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
      2 Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
      3 Garnish with an orange peel.
