Our Junmai Daiginjo is delicately floral with a vibrant early summer fruits flavor. Balanced to perfection by our master blender Regis Camus, this gem from the Dassai brewery will leave you in awe. Winner of the 2019 and 2020 best sake title at the San Francisco IWC, this sake is considered one of the best in the world and pairs well with anything that screams "joie de vivre".
The unique Heavensake smoothness comes from French Assemblage Master Regis Camus who was the first to apply champagne blending techniques to sake.
