Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey S1B63 - Main
Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey S1B63

      Beyond the Label

Every bottle of Garrison Brothers is overflowing with the finest, gourmet-grade ingredients on the planet. The nectar inside was made from a sweet mash bill and heat-forged in the scorching Texas sun, extracting all the flavor possible from our new American white oak barrels, yielding a darker, richer, and fuller bourbon than any out there.

Garrison Brothers' single barrel program is unique from any other in that they offer the chance to select a highly curated 15-gallon barrel. This ensures that what is selected is genuinely something distinctive and highly coveted. The barrel selected by the ReserveBar Tasting Panel (#14243) was just 48 bottles, so if you're lucky enough to get your hands on it, you can rest assured that it will be a prized pour—the embodiment of unique, authentic bourbon with unparalleled taste.

From Lee Diaz, Topflight Series Panel Member:

If you ever get a chance, travel to Hye, TX, to experience all that is Garrison Brothers. Hidden away in the hills just before you get to Texas wine country is this quickly growing distillery making waves in the industry. We were taken to racks of barrels set aside specifically for their distinctiveness to pick this single barrel. And then climbed up and down these racks, drilled for our samples, and slowly navigated each magnificent pour. The final result of this experience in the middle of a Texas summer day was this 131.8 proof extremely limited single barrel release. We selected it because it has a nose of fresh berries, cereal, clove, and honey. Toasted grain, toffee, walnut, and dried fruit are on the palate. This will draw into a lingering finish where you'll experience licorice, pipe tobacco, maple, pepper, and a dusting of grains. At 131.8 proof, this is a perfect pour to enjoy over a cube—and with it, you'll allow this Texas bourbon to open up with new notes of toasted oak, grain, butterscotch, and leather. It's quite a tasting adventure.
