Tasting Notes

A delightful blend of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir grown exclusively for our Rosé. Lighter shade of watermelon in color. Bright, floral aromas of rose petal & paper whites, summer-ripe white peach & ruby red grapefruit. Fresh flavors of nectarine, stone fruit & melon framed wonderfully with a bit of mouth-watering acidity.

Winemaking Notes

The Fresh Vine Wine process begins on the vine with the thoughtful selection of the highest-quality grapes from the best appellations in California’s top grape-growing regions. Each region is characterized by unique soil and climate conditions that produce a wide range of grapes. Working with growers to limit yields and concentrate flavors, Fresh Vine Wine can harvest grapes at lower sugars and higher levels of acidity. Mindfulness of these factors lead to lower carbs, lower calories, and lower sugars while bolstering the delicious flavors we all deserve.
