Faire La Fête Brut Crémant de Limoux is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and 10% Pinot Noir. The grapes are hand-picked from vineyards surrounding the 42 villages of Limoux with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir coming from the cooler sub-zones in the foothills of the Pyrennes and the Chenin Blanc coming from the warmer Mediterranean sub-zone. The resulting wine is golden in color with vibrant aromas and flavors of baked apple, white cherry and lemon meringue. Made in the traditional way, the blend spends 15-18 months aging on the lees before being disgorged, giving the final wine a prominent yet delicate mousse.
Faire La Fête means to "throw a party" and we believe any reason is a good reason to celebrate. This French sparkler is made in the traditional way in Limoux, the birthplace of sparkling wine. Faire La Fête is the original champagne with all the quality but 1/3 the price of expensive French Champagne and less sugar than a typical Prosecco. Très Joy! Our Brut is best enjoyed chilled in a coupe glass. We recommend opening a bottle for any reason or no reason at all. Santé!
