Ingredients2 oz. | Espanita Blanco Tequila |
0.75 oz. | Fresh Lemon Juice |
0.75 oz. | Agave Syrup |
0.25 oz. | Fresh Ginger Juice |
5-6 | Large Raspberries |
3-4 | Fresh Sage Leaves |
01 | Prepare agave syrup by diluting agave nectar with water in 1:1 ratio. |
02 | Grate a piece of ginger and squeeze the juice. Measure 0.25 oz in a jigger. |
03 | In a Boston shaker, combine and muddle together all the ingredients except Tequila. |
04 | Add Espanita Blanco tequila, a handful of ice and shake vigorously. |
05 | Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into a highball glass filled with fresh ice |

COLOR
Silvery, colorless, of impeccable purity.

NOSE
Candied aromas and flavors of marzipan, chocolate mint, sage, bay leaf and lemongrass.

PALATE
Entry is silky smooth, harmonious and creamy in texture. Vibrant, fruity light-to medium body with rich flavors of hazelnut spread, black peppercorn, rosemary and thyme and intense herbaceous zestiness of Agave fibers.

FINISH
The finish is long, herbal with a hint of lingering, delectable agave syrup sweetness at the end. Smooth and mellow.
