Decades-long after his passing, John Wayne’s spirit still lives on in the form of exquisite liquor expressions. Using recipes and trials developed by the legendary actor himself, his son Ethan launched the Duke brand both as an homage to his father’s storied career and to his cherished aspiration.
Duke Bourbon is crafted by masters and inspired by rare bottles unearthed and preserved for over 50 years from classic collections. Meticulously created and blended by legendary award-winning vintners and master distillers in Kentucky, crafted and bottled at OZ Tyler Distillery founded in 1885.
Expanding the flavor experiences and in the pursuit of finding the perfect balance and expression, Duke’s Reserves exquisitely marry the classic and bold flavors of aged Kentucky bourbon and rye with the finest French Oak Grand Cru wine barrels in the world. Each barrel represents a very key element to the evolution of flavor. The tight grains found in French Oak, originating from century-old forests, combined with the perfect level of toasting ultimately provides a canvas rarely explored.
