      Nose

      Honey, brown sugar and caramel arrive on the nose and return to the tongue with delicate sweetness.

      Make a Cocktail

      The Bulldogger

      Ingredients
      2 oz Du Nord Mixed Blood Whiskey
      1/2 oz Lemon Juice
      1/2 oz Bulldogger Syrup
      For Bulldogger Syrup: 1 tsp Lapsang Souchong or other black tea, 1/3 C water, 1/3 C honey.
      Steps
      1 Make the Bulldogger Syrup: Boil water and pour over tea in a mug or bowl. Steep 5 minutes, then strain and stir in honey. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
      2 To make the drink: Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake 15 seconds. Fine strain into a coupe or over a large ice cube in a lowball glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
