Tasting Notes

Nose

ON THE NOSE The luminous sweetness of tropical fruit – green mango, melon, pineapple – instantly shines. It then cedes to more temperate notes, the tingle of orange zest, the mist of a mandarin orange. The wine breathes, revealing its freshness. The bloom

Palate

ON THE PALATE The wine immediately imposes its ample presence, full and massive. A sappy sensation dominates as the tactile is rapidly overtaken by the aromatic. The body unfolds: generous, firm and controlled. Then it contracts, letting the wine vibrate

About

DOM PÉRIGNON VINTAGE 2010 & LADY GAGA All creative processes have their constraints. For Dom Pérignon, it is the vintage. The absolute commitment to bear witness to each year, whatever the challenges may be. Requiring no fewer than 8 years of elaboration, every Dom Pérignon Vintage renews Dom Pérignon’s ideal of harmony. A creative legacy. Dom Pérignon & Lady Gaga The collaboration between Dom Pérignon and Lady Gaga marks the encounter of two creative forces. Lady Gaga, inspiring us to dream, to experiment, to express ourselves. And Dom Pérignon, perpetually exploring the edge of creation. Today, uniting their energies to spark inspiration. The design of this limited edition, rippling and shifting, is itself a visual ode to creativity. A vital impulse. A celebration of those who push boundaries. Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010 For 2010, declaring a vintage was a daunting challenge. A wager won thanks to inspiration and mastery. The harvest began with botrytis affecting the pinot noir, and part of the harvest had to be sacrificed to save the best parcels. The trajectory of the year and the decisions made resulted in a vigorous and graceful balance. The nose evokes both the freshness of an English garden after the rain and the lushness of a tropical garden. It has an earthy depth that is affirmed on the palate, tracing a solid, welcoming presence.
