Tasting Notes
Nose
Initial aromas of rosemary, rose, orange oil and saffron, followed by strong bouquets of red fruit (raspberry and cherry), then touches of blackcurrant liquor and fig and ending with notes of gingerbread and licorice.
Palate
The fruit is majestic, ripe, fleshy, and profound. After a markedly smooth and round initial mouthfeel, the wine nestles in the heart of the palate. Then the fruit becomes more intense, rounding the sensation, and what remains on the back palate is about consistency. 56% PINOT NOIR & 44% CHARDONNAY
