| 1.5 oz | Del Maguey Vida de Muertos |
| 0.5 oz | Lemon Juice |
| .075 oz | Simple Syrup |
| 4 | 1-inch cubes of Pineapple |
| 2 dashes | Cocoa Bitters |
| Garnish (optional) | Grated Nutmeg |
Steps
| 1 | Muddle pineapple in a mixing tin. |
| 2 | Add other ingredients and shake with ice. |
| 3 | Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. |
| 4 | Garnish with grated nutmeg. |
