      Ingredients
      1.5 oz Crystal Head Aurora
      0.75 oz Blueberry Syrup
      0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
      Garnish Blueberries
      Top Sparkling Wine
      Steps
      1 In cocktail shaker add Aurora, lemon juice, blueberry syrup and 4-5 blueberries.
      2 Muddle and shake over ice for 10-15 seconds.
      3 Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
      4 Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon zest ribbon.
