      NOSE

      Classically structured on the nose, the mezcal offers a sweet barbecue smoke character with hints of citrus.

      PALATE

      The palate is also mostly traditional, though with quite a light silky body. Notes of orange and grapefruit peel, green banana, and spun sugar punctuate the modestly sweet smokiness.

      FINISH
