Winery Notes
Cheurlin Rosé de Saignée is as famous for its taste as for its vivid color. The best quality rosés are of the Old World "de saignee" method. Rare to find and will add a touch of sophistication to any occasion.
Tasting Notes
The color is characterized by a unique and one of a kind medium pink, hint of salmon and light amber. Effervescence is dense and persistent, with fine, regular bubbles. Initially the nose is bright and aromatic, with notes of refined red berry (strawberry and cherry) and soft yeast; rose petal and violet aromatics follow. A smooth and delectable palate with a complex floral and fruit (ripe red fruits and cherry) notes. The full texture precedes a medium bodied, nicely textured, delicate and a lively finish marked by floral and fruit aromas.
