Tasting Notes
Color
A dress tinted with golden highlights.
Nose
A luscious nose with aromas of marzipan. Stewed notes such as apricot, honey, and bread crumb accompany the fresh notes of bergamot.
Palate
The palate opens with a rich and precise effervescence. Flavors of mirabelle plum and white peach complement the citrus notes. A very lively wine that unfolds and reveals its full complexity.
Finish
The saline finish, combined with fresh hazelnut, gives it a persistent length on the palate.
