      Boulard VSOP Calvados is an apple brandy produced in Normandy, France. (AOC – Calvados  Pays d’Auge)

      We are 100% ALL NATURAL, 100% made with the apples from Pays d’Auge.

      No added yeast or sugar.

      This VSOP is made through the fine art of blending eaux-de-vie’s between 4 and 10 years of age.

      The marriage of these exceptional Eaux-de-vie’s takes place in small French oak barrels.


      Boulard VSOP was honored Calvados of the year at the 2020 New-York International Spirit Competition.

      Product Type Brandy

      Make a Cocktail

      Boulard Mint Julep

      Ingredients
      8 Mint Leaves
      3 oz. Boulard VSOP
      1/4 oz. Sugar Syrup
      1-3 drops Angostura Bitters; optional
      1 Mint Sprig, garnish
      Recipe
      01 In a long glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup.
      02 Add the Boulard VSOP and pack glass tightly with crushed ice.
      03 Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside.
      04 Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome, and garnish with a mint sprig and a few drops of bitters. (optional)

      COLOUR & AROMA

      Gold Amber on the eye and rich, fruity nose with a light woody touch, toasted nut notes and a hint of brioche.

      PALATE

      Well balanced harmony between vanilla, wood and ripe apple compote purée due to aging in small French oak casks.

      FINISH

      Velvety, elegant and delicately lingering, balancing fruit and vanilla.
