      Make a Cocktail

      Pure Scot Pandan Old Fashioned

      Ingredients
      50ml Pure Scot Signature
      5-15ml Pandan sugar syrup
      2 dashes Aromatic bitters
      Ingredients for Pandan sugar syrup: Equal parts sugar to water (this recipe 1 cup:1 cup) Fresh or frozen Pandan (can be found at any Asian grocery store)
      Recipe
      01 Heat sugar and water on stove until sugar is dissolved and syrup is clear.
      02 Remove from heat and place half a Pandan leaf in warm syrup and let sit until cooled.
      03 You can add more or less Pandan depending on how strong a flavour you'd like.
      04 Remove Pandan and keep in fridge.
      05 Once chilled, make yourself a classic Old Fashioned to your taste, replacing sugar syrup with your Pandan syrup.
