      Ingredients
      1.5 oz. BERTOUX Brandy
      0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
      0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
      2 dashes Angostura Bitters
      Steps
      1 Combine all ingredients except Ginger Beer.
      2 Shake with ice & strain into collins glass.
      3 Top with Ginger Beer, garnish with candied ginger and a lime wheel.
