      NOSE

      The clean citrus aroma of Seville orange peel develops into more complex notes from juniper and coriander.

      PALATE

      On the palate, citrus again leads through to the classic piney flavor of juniper in the middle taste.

      FINISH

      The finish is a long and gentle journey through spicy coriander and angelica to a sweeter finish from almond. Beautifully balanced and complex throughout.
