      Production Method Bayab is handcrafted in traditional copper stills and combines bountiful local botanicals that are left for 14 days for the flavour of the botincals to fully release. The macerated spirit is then filtered to remove the botanicals, and placed into a copper pot still. Distilled in a 10-plate multi column copper still.
