      Beyond the Label

      AVUÁ PRATA is our unaged, base offering that is proofed at 84 and rested six months in stainless steel casks before being hand bottled. The result is a LUSH and CRISP spirit with subtle floral notes perfect for cocktail application or the classic Caipirinha.

      The freshness of rum with the boldness of tequila. Super grassy which complements citrus and shaken cocktails. Viscosity plays well in spirit-forward cocktails like a negroni.

      Although we recommend using different applications, the caipirinha is a classic - easy and simple to execute plus can be easily modified with different flavors.

      Taken in great consideration by all tiki lovers - working off the alternative spirits angle for the tiki category. Easily a favorite among all rum and tequila/mezcal drinkers.

      Ingredients
      1 1/2 oz. Avuá Prata
      3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
      1/2 oz. Lime Juice
      1 oz. Ginger Beer
      1/4 oz. All Spice Dram (Optional pro-tip)
      Steps
      1 Add all the ingredients except ginger into a shaker tin.
      2 Shake then add ginger beer.
      3 Strain over ice into a copper mug or rocks glass.
      4 Garnish with candied ginger or lime wheel.
