Elegant blend of highland and lowland agave is aged for 8 months in charred ex-Tennesse whiskey barrels. Carmelized brown sugar and agave on the nose along with dried cherries. Yellow sweet pepper, carmel, fresh agave, and vanilla on the palate with a finish of subtle salted grapefruit zest. Over 25 awards since 2019.
