To celebrate the year our spirit first began to flow from the stills, 125 years ago, Malt Master Stephanie Macleod and Distillery Manager John MacKenzie, have handpicked this whisky to commemorate a significant moment in ABERFELDY’s history.
Drawn to a parcel of casks which had laid to rest in our warehouse for over two decades, we chose to finish the beautifully aged whisky in Oloroso Sherry casks, to augment it’s rich and fruity character, and bestow a delightful spiced note. For Stephanie and John, it’s an honour to come together to mark 125 years of liquid history and distilling heritage. A stunning 25 Year Old Single Malt, it is a testament to the pioneering spirit of ABERFELDY from the Heart of Scotland.

Rich and succulent with Highland honey, wild strawberries and ripe peaches warmed by the sun – the aroma develops with cocoa powder, creamy caramel and a spicy cinnamon finish.
On the palate, delicate fruit notes rest on a malty, cereal base, with a hint of vanilla coffee and long satisfying finish.
