2 oz.	Truthteller 1839 infused with Marfa Yaupon Tea
¾ oz.	Pecan Orgeat
¼ oz.	Chartreuse
¾ oz.	Pineapple Juice
¾ oz.	Orange Juice
¼ oz.	Rose & Thorns Grenadine Topo Chico
1	Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Tools Of The Trade

Jigger
Shaker
Strainer
Highball Glass

Recipe

Add all ingredients (except the Topo Chico) into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously over ice.
Strain into highball and top with ice and Topo Chico.
Garnish with mint.
TO INFUSE TRUTHTELLER WITH YAUPON Add 1 tea bag to 1/2 cup Truthteller 1839 in a glass jar and seal. Shake and let sit at room temperature for a minimum of 5 minutes and up to 30 minutes. Remove the tea bag and serve or seal and use it within 14 days.
