- Prep rocks glass with a half salt rim. Build cocktail in a stirring glass.
- Dollop wasabi paste in bottom of mixing glass.
- Splash a little hot water and use barspoon to mix until broken down.
- Add syrup, bitters, and spirits to the mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir for about 15 seconds.
- Strain cocktail into rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with a lemon twist.
