Every batch of Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey is hand-selected by our founders and curated by fifth-generation Master Blender, Victoria Eady Butler, who’s signature is on the back of each bottle. Aged a minimum of 7 years, and bottled at 93-proof, this is a smooth sipping whiskey.

Ingredients| 45 ml | Uncle Nearest 1856 |
| 15 ml | St Germaine liqueur |
| 15 ml | Grenadine |
| 45 ml | Pineapple juice |
| 1 | Egg white |
| 01 | Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain into a coupe glass, garnish with pineapple leaf or edible flowers. |

Scent and Flavor
NOSE
Light brown sugar and honeyed granola. Herbaceous and crisp with oriental spice aroma. Slight truffle notes and pleasing currants.
PALATE
Apricots and a mix of soft clove warm the mouth. Toasted frame and oak with a splash of ginger.
FINISH
Dry and enormous tannins but holds the finish on a ginger note.
