A Junmai Ginjo sake imported from Nara, Japan. Produced at the famed Umenoyado Brewery by world renowned Toji (Master Brewer) Hiroji Kitaba. Crafted from sake rice polished so only 55% of the grain remains, a process which removes impurities for superior taste & quality.

With over 200 flavor components and higher amino acids, TYKU Junmai Ginjo Sake is the perfect alternative to white wine. It pairs well with full-flavored seafood, marinated proteins and oven-roasted dishes.
