Unaged and clear with all of the flavors coming directly from the ingredients and distillation process. As a result, Avión Silver has a fresh nose of citrus, grapefruit and vanilla, which leads to gentle notes of pineapple, brown sugar and crème brulee on the palate. The finish is slightly spicy and smooth, with lasting notes of black pepper and agave nectar.
Aged for two years (twice the requirement) with a rich amber color along with an aroma of burnt agaves, peaches and persimmon. The palate is filled with flavors of toasted wood, vanilla and caramel, and leads to an incredibly smooth finish marked by maple, coconut and and lemon squares.
Aged for six months (three times the requirement) with a light amber color along with an aroma of fire-roasted agaves and rosemary. On the palate, oak becomes evident along with sweet fruits such as nectarines, cherries and pears, and the finish is marked by citrus, honey and more floral notes.
