      Beyond the Label

      Crafted by Alex Thomas, one of a few female master blenders in the industry, The Sexton® is made from 100% Irish malted barley and is triple-distilled for smoothness in copper pot stills. Consciously aged in Oloroso sherry butts to achieve a depth of flavor from the wine-soaked barrel, that surpasses its years.

      The result is a liquid rich in hue with the perfect balance of dried fruits, subtle oak notes and a smooth finish that leaves you wanting more.(80 proof)

      Nose

      At first honeyed malt, nuts and dark chocolate followed by marzipan, all spice, and fruits.

      Taste

      Clean and mellow honey malt and then the taste complexity reveals itself – rich, dried spices, nuts and sweet oils.

      Finish

      A pleasant gentle wood with honey sweetness fading slowly.

      THE WALKER SMASH

      Ingredients
      2 oz. The Sexton Single Malt Whiskey
      2 Lemon Wedges
      3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
      1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
      4 Blackberries
      4 Mint Leaves
      Steps
      1 Muddle the lemon wedges and blackberries in a shaker.
      2 Add The Sexton Single Malt Whiskey, simple syrup, mint leaves, lemon juice and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
      3 Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
      4 Garnish with a mint sprig & blackberry. *The Walking Dead Specialty Garnish: Skewer the blackberry & mint with a golden katana or arrow.
