Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces | SelvaRey Owner's Reserve |
3/4 ounce | Simple syrup |
3/4 ounce | Lime juice, freshly squeezed |
6 whole | Mint leaves |
2 dashes | Angostura bitters |
2 ounces | Champagne |
Recipe
- Muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker.
- Add the rum and the bitters and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with Champagne 5.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
