2 oz.Santa Teresa 1796 Solera Rum
0.5 oz. Demerara Syrup
4 DashesBittercube Cantinero Coffee Bitters
GarnishOrange Peel

Recipe

        
  1. Build all the ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2.     
  3. Stir with ice for 20 seconds.
  4.    
  5. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or regular ice.
  6.     
  7. Add the orange peel into the drink.
