Musgrave Rose Gin is distilled with Musgrave’s signature 11 Botanicals, continuing to celebrate distinct top notes of Cardamom, African Ginger and Grains of Paradise. These heights are then tamed slightly with a dash of perfume and a splash of romance. Rose hips are added during the distilling process and the expressive Cardamom and obligatory Juniper contributions are softened so as not to mask the gentle perfume of the roses. A further infusion of Rosewater adds a subtly exotic perfume and flavor to the Gin.

NoseCardamom is released first and a heady spiciness is released through the pineyness of the Juniper so familiar to gin.
PalateSpicy, warm Cardamom and Juniper share the first taste to the palate and is supported by the distinctive African Ginger and Grains of Paradise with vanilla, pepper and ginger notes. All this balanced by Kafir lime leaves and citrus and then complemented by the gingery spiciness of coriander.
FinishThe spices marry perfectly together to give a smooth and very fragrant finish without the harshness of the spirit and there is a lingering memory long after the sip.
Perfect ServesBest served with a sprinkle of pink peppercorns or a wedge of lime and sprig of thyme.

|3 Dashes||Grapefruit or Orange Bitters|

- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Make sure your glass is cold.
- Stir gently until mixture is very cold.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Add a few dashes of grapefruit (or orange) bitters.
- Garnish with a rose petal and serve.
