This Bundle Contains
The first of its kind, small batch, limited edition that is crafted from 8-year-old single estate agaves grown from seed, for a sweet and silky taste.
Mijenta is an award-winning, additive-free, sustainable Tequila from the highlands of Jalisco that celebrates the traditions of Mexican culture.
Mijenta is the first tequila producer to earn B Corp certification.
Product Type | Tequila |
Style | Blanco |
ABV | 50% |
Country | Mexico |
Awards | Mijenta received the IWSC Agave Producer of the Year, and Spirit Producer of the Year in 2023. |
Bright, luminous, with silver hues, and full-bodied.
The first impression is intense cooked agave, caramel, chocolate, and dulce de leche obtained from its slow cooking. Flashes of tropical fruits such as roasted pineapple, melon, floral nuances like gardenias, subtle herbal notes, and spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, with a mineral touch. It is balanced, as its aromas obtained from its careful process are perceived, and the alcoholic note is low.
It confirms all its olfactory promise, leaving the mouth with intense fruity, spicy, floral tones, and cooked agave. It is sweet and silky. With great persistence.
To enjoy its personality, it should be left for about 15 minutes in the glass before tasting.
1 oz. | Mijenta Tequila Maestra Selection No. 1 |
1 oz. | Mezcal Banana Cordial |
1 oz. | Thai Basil Vermouth |
1/4 oz. | Citrus Solution |
1 | Stir all ingredients and serve into a rock glass with a large ice cube. |
2 | Garnish with Thai Basil. |
