Distilled in one-of-a-kind proprietary pot stills that allow for maximum exposure to the heating elements, Mahina Rum maintains its natural rich caramel, creme brulee, and bananas fosters characteristics. This craft rum’s unique island aroma and flavor results from an infusion of Kona coffee and a variety of extracts and aromatic compounds including Madagascar vanilla, cocoa essence, clove, cinnamon, and citrus oils.

|2 oz.||Mahina Rum|
|3/4 oz.||Lime juice|
|1/2 oz.||Maple or simple syrup|
|1 oz.||Ginger beer|
|1 dash||Angostura bitters|
- Add all ingredients in a shaker except ginger beer, add ice, and shake well until chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass, top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange peel.
