Taste Your Way Along the Pacific Coastline.
A deliciously refreshing gin that truly tastes like California in a glass, Gray Whale Gin celebrates the Pacific coastline and its unique and bountiful botanicals that follow the same path as the majestic Gray Whale’s 12,000-mile migratory journey. Gray Whale Gin is perfected with sustainably sourced or wildly foraged ingredients. First, the journey begins with the aroma of citrus, followed by juniper and a subtle hint of cool, coastal fir trees. As you move further up the coast, fresh mint and the umami flavors of kombu sea kelp are rounded out by a beautiful, creamy almond finish.
By supporting Gray Whale, you’re supporting ocean conservation efforts through our partnerships with Oceana and 1% for the Planet. Let’s give back to the oceans that give so much to us.

Our journey starts in Temecula Valley with our limes; they are hand zested before distillation, weaving bright citrus notes into every batch. Next, we stop in Big Sur for our juniper, which is wild foraged from the rocky coastline and is the heart of our superbly smooth gin.
Next on our journey is Santa Cruz, which is harvested from a family farm; every batch imparts a perfect amount of cool California mint. After that comes Sonoma, where our fir trees are sourced from an organic farm, imparting a cool pine coastal quality to our gin.
Our kombu sea kelp is next on our journey, which is wild foraged from the Mendocino coast, adding an earthy umami flavor profile. Finally, we stop in Capay Valley to harvest our almonds from an orchard. This final botanical gives our gin a delicate mouthfeel and a creamy finish.
