
Foursquare "2008" is Mark XIII of the Exceptional Cask Selection releases from Foursquare Rum Distillery. A single blended rum, consisting of both artisanal pot and traditional twin column Coffey distilled molasses rums. 2008 has been aged for 12-years, entirely in Ex-Bourbon casks, bottled at Cask Strength at 60% ABV. No color, no sugar, no additives.

Ingredients
2 oz. | Foursquare 2008 |
1 barspoon | Simple Syrup |
2 dashes | Peychaud's Bitters |
2 dashes | Kübler Verte Suisse Absinthe Rinse |
Garnish: | Lemon peel |
Recipe
- Rinse a rocks glass with Kübler Verte Suisse Absinthe, and discard excess.
- Combine Rum, simple syrup and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well diluted, about 1.5-2x volume.
- Strain into your absinthe rinshed glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
