Foursquare "2007" is Mark X of the Exceptional Cask Selection releases from Foursquare Rum Distillery. A single blended rum, consisting of both artisanal pot and traditional twin column Coffey distilled molasses rums. 2007 has been aged for 12-years, entirely in Ex-Bourbon casks, bottled at Cask Strength at 59% ABV. No color, no sugar, no additives.

|1 oz.||lemon juice|
|0.75 oz.||simple syrup|
|1 oz.||dry red wine|
- Combine rum, lemon and simple syrup in shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain into rocks glass.
- Float wine.
